I dove into Real Estate in 2006, having since become Principal Broker of my own firm and I’ve built my business based on Honesty and Transparency. Every listing appointment should end in a signed contract, right? No. Sometimes my advice is Not to sell. And sometimes, buying a house Isn’t the right decision. When the timing isn’t right, I love being a partner, support system and reference to achieve the end goal. Sometimes this means I become a financial planner for my clients instead of their Realtor. HGTV has a show called, “Love it or List it.” This is one of my favorites! Because when I am not listing a house, I am helping my clients make a house a Home! I am Not an interior designer by trade, but I have a keen eye for tearing down walls, moving doorways, and reorganizing layouts. My favorite part, though, is picking out finishes. When the timing is right to buy or sell, I love helping both buyers and sellers see, through visualization, how a potential home could be a good fit and preparing a home to look it’s best when it hits the market. I have a sneaky tactic I like to use for all my new listings, that 95% of the time gets offers the first 48 hours! If you are a buyer, I will help you see through homes that are cluttered, unclean, disorganized, in need of paint and tlc…You might have guessed it, my favorite purchases are fixers!
